Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g apples (e.g. Boskoop)
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g butter, liquid
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Italian apple pie

Thinly slice the apples. Combine all the remaining ingredients and stir in the apples. Bake the cake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes.
