Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 egg white
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puff pastry with sugar crust

Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar. Cut the puff pastry into small squares or rectangles and coat with the egg white and sugar mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. While the pastries are still hot, use a skewer to score a lattice pattern into the pastries. This will make them look just like the real thing.
