Four Cheese Sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 50 g cheese (Gouda, medium-aged)
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 50 g cheese (Comté)
  • 600 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Four cheese sauce, goes very well with spaghetti but also with meat

Grate the Gouda and Comté cheeses. Grate the Parmesan and cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil briefly, then remove from the heat. Sprinkle in the cheeses and stir. Simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
