Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g strawberries, fresh
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup(s) white wine
- 2 tbsp peppercorns
- 60 ml Amaretto
- 4 servings of vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp pistachios
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peppercorn risotto
Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Halve the large ones. Heat the fat in a pan and caramelize the sugar. Deglaze with the white wine, dissolving the sugar in it. Add the peppercorns and simmer briefly. Mix the strawberries into the sauce. Flavor with the Amaretto. Portion the vanilla ice cream. Distribute the strawberries over the top. Dollop over the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar. Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve.
