- 400 g strawberries, also frozen
- 300 g meringue(s)
- 200 ml whipped cream, fresh
- 2 tsp liqueur
- n. B. Strawberries and cream for serving

Simple and delicious! Semifreddo meringue with fragrant topping
Wash the strawberries and puree them until a thick cream forms. Roughly crumble the meringue into a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the strawberries, meringue, and cream well and pour the mixture into a rectangular dish brushed with liqueur. The semifreddo should be frozen for at least 4 hours to ensure it reaches the desired consistency. Once removed from the freezer, garnish with strawberries, cream, etc. as desired.
