Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 40 g sugar
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then add the white wine, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Now beat the cream in a hot water bath with a hand mixer. The cream will then be nice and thick. Finally, season the cream with lemon juice, arrange it on a plate, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
