Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 20 ml Balsamic vinegar (Crema di Balsamic vinegar)
  • 20 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and basil under cold running water, drain the mozzarella. Thinly slice the tomatoes and place them side by side on flat plates. Thinly slice the mozzarella and place them on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Finally, garnish with basil leaves.
