Burrata and tomatoes on avocado

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 220 g tomatoes, yellow and red
  • 100g burrata
  • 1 tsp pine nuts
  • n. B. Sea salt, coarse
  • n. B. Pepper from the mill
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, good
  • some honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the avocado, carefully peel and pit it, cut into thin slices, and arrange them in a circle on a flat plate. Slice the tomatoes in the same way, removing the stems if necessary, and arrange them on top of the avocado. Roughly chop the burrata and place it in the center of the plate. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then drizzle with a little honey, being careful not to use too much. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant and golden brown. Meanwhile, finely chop the basil and arrange it on the plate along with the pine nuts. Serve with fresh white bread.
