Spinach salad with cheese and pears

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g spinach, fresh
  • 200 g cheese (Taleggio)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • herb salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean, wash, spin dry, and finely chop the fresh spinach. Peel and dice the pear. Dice the cheese. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Combine everything in a bowl. Mix the spices, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to make a dressing. Toss the salad in the bowl and let it marinate for a while before serving. Crumble the walnuts into a pan and toast them. Sprinkle over the salad. Serve with fresh baguette or white bread.
