Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 300 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 small cans of tuna in oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • ½ onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tuna spread, also suitable as a dip for salty/cheese pastries

Place the egg yolks in a tall bowl and mix with a whisk, slowly adding the oil. Add salt, pepper, and mustard, and blend. While blending, add the tuna, oil, and chopped onion until smooth.
