Spaghetti with seafood à la Christl

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 250 g seafood
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 1 shot of white wine

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pasta frutti di mare. One of my regulars’ favorite dishes!

Cook the spaghetti in salted water, rinse with cold water, and toss with a few drops of olive oil. Finely chop the onion, roast it in a pan, and finally add the garlic cloves. Dust with paprika and deglaze with white wine. Add the crème fraîche and tomato paste, mix in the halved cherry tomatoes, the remaining spices, and the finely chopped dill. Stir in the seafood and simmer until a creamy sauce forms. Arugula salad dressed with orange oil and balsamic vinegar goes well with the dish.
