Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 2 cans of tuna
- 3 cups sour cream
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper
- possibly onion(s)
- possibly mushrooms
- possibly corn

can be eaten cold or warm – certainly also to make as muffins – from a French aunt
Thaw the puff pastry (lay the sheets out next to each other). In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the eggs. Add the drained tuna, torn into pieces. Season generously with salt and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry sheets a little more if necessary, or place them directly into a springform pan or similar and form a rim about 3-4 cm high. Pour the tuna mixture on top. Bake the whole thing for about 45 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). It can be eaten hot or cold, so it’s easy to prepare. You can also vary the filling by adding finely chopped mushrooms, sautéed onions, or corn to the mixture. Serve with a mixed salad.
