Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon(s), organic
  • 750 g apples
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for 12 pieces

Cream softened butter with sugar and grated lemon zest until fluffy, then gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder, stir in, and gradually stir in the oil. Core the apples, cut them into small pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix into the batter. Pour into a large tart pan (24-26 cm diameter), smooth the mixture, and sprinkle with a little granulated sugar to create a caramelized crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
