Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • 1 egg yolk
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sweet dish from childhood

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Combine the quark with the egg yolk and season with sugar. Drain the pasta and stir it into the quark sauce while it’s still hot. You may need to add more sugar. We often had quark noodles after school because they’re so quick and easy to prepare. We kids loved this sweet dish.
