Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • ½ cube of yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 3 m.-large shallot(s), preferably the elongated ones
  • 1 tsp olive oil, for brushing
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

First, mix the yeast with the sugar in the water. Then let it rest for 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix the yeast water with the flour, then stir in the olive oil and salt. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Roll out the dough in a greased springform pan (26-28 cm). You can make almost any pizza with this dough. For larger quantities, simply multiply the ingredients. Cover again and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now brush the dough with olive oil, slice the shallots and arrange the rings on top, spread the rosemary on top, and then place it in the oven (15 minutes at approx. 200°C, do not preheat).
