Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g flour (chickpea flour)
  • 20 g yeast
  • 375 ml water, lukewarm
  • 10 g salt
  • 25 g basil (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix yeast with lukewarm water. Then add flour and chickpea flour and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Now knead in frozen basil and let it rest for another 15 minutes. Be sure to use frozen basil, as fresh basil will suffer too much during kneading. Top the pizza as usual and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes. If you want rolls, shape them into small balls and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Especially good for pizza party trays and pizza party rolls.
