Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 150 ml coffee (cold espresso)
- 100 ml Amaretto
- 200 ml egg liqueur
- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 ml cream
- 1 pkt. ladyfingers
- some cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
great for hot summer days
Whisk the eggnog and mascarpone until smooth, then fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Mix the espresso and amaretto and dip the biscuits briefly. Arrange in layers, starting with the cream. Finally, dust with cocoa powder.
