Favorite – Tiramisu

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 points ladyfingers
  • 750 g mascarpone
  • 750 g vanilla pudding (ready-made product)
  • 1 cup of coffee, boiled, strong (as needed)
  • n. B. Amaretto
  • Cocoa powder of your choice for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without raw eggs!

Line a large baking dish with a layer of ladyfingers. Add a generous splash of Amaretto (if desired) to the strong coffee and drizzle the ladyfingers with this coffee-amaretto mixture to allow them to infuse. Then thoroughly mix the mascarpone cream with the vanilla pudding and spread about half of it over the layer of ladyfingers. Then add another layer of ladyfingers, drizzle with the coffee-amaretto mixture, and spread the remaining mascarpone and pudding mixture on top. Finally, sieve over a thick layer of cocoa powder. Tip: I always make the tiramisu the day before so it can infuse properly.
