Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 400 ml water, warm
- 20 g oil (olive oil)
- 20 g yeast
- Salt
- Sauce (pizza sauce)
- Ham
- salami
- mushrooms
- Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, then knead in a mixing bowl with flour, salt, and olive oil. Let rise for 1/2 hour, then knead again. Divide the dough into pieces of the desired size, let rise briefly again, then roll out. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover half of the dough with the ingredients and fold over. Press the edges together firmly. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
