Ribs in Napoli sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg spare ribs (ribs)
  • 1 bottle of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegetable broth, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the ribs into pieces and fry them in a pan in olive oil until cooked through and lightly browned. Finely chop the onion and garlic, or add the garlic through a press and fry until golden yellow. Then add the bottled tomato sauce (also available in tetra packs). Add seasonings to taste. It tastes best with garlic pepper, but regular will do. Bring to a boil. Then put the lid on and reduce the heat to low. The sauce now needs to simmer for about half an hour to an hour. The longer it simmers, the better it tastes. Fresh bread and salad go very well with it.
