Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 1 lemon(s), (organic)
- 1 tbsp sumac
- Salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Goes wonderfully with oriental spiced dishes.
Finely grate the zest from half a lemon and squeeze out approximately 10 ml of lemon juice. Combine the lemon zest, 10 ml of lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. This dip goes well with Moroccan pumpkin wedges and other dishes with oriental spices.
