Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g sesame paste
- 1 can chickpeas
- 50 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 30 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse with water until the water runs clear. Place the chickpeas in a blender. Mix the oil that settles on top of the sesame paste with the paste. Blend the paste with water until smooth and creamy. This is best done with a hand mixer or whisk. Add the sesame paste to the chickpeas in the blender. Add the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Season the hummus with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with pita bread.
