Garlic bread Prague style

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slices of bread of your choice
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 tbsp lard or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The bread slices should be at least 1-2 days old. Fry them in hot clarified butter or butter until very crispy – almost dark brown. The surface should be firm. Arrange the slices on a plate along with the garlic cloves. Everyone can rub the cloves on the bread as they wish. Finally, sprinkle some salt on top and enjoy. Tip: This pairs best with a cold beer.
