Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 steak(s) (tuna)
- 1 mozzarella
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- pepper
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the tuna steaks in a pan with hot margarine or oil. Place them in a baking dish. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes. Slice the zucchini and chop the tomatoes. Briefly fry in the pan and season with Fondor, salt, and pepper. Add the tomato paste to make a sauce. Season to taste and then pour the mixture over the tuna steaks. Slice the mozzarella and spread it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted or turned golden yellow. Serve immediately.
