Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- some water or milk
- Salt
- Oil, for frying
- Garlic – Water
- Flour, for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water or milk and let it rise. Then mix with the flour and water (or milk) and knead well. Dust with flour and cover. Let rise. Roll out four round flatbreads on a board and cut a few notches around the edges. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, drain on kitchen paper. Brush with garlic water.
