Chicken Pan

The perfect chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 400 g Red peppers
  • 800 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2,5 teaspoon Curry paste red or yellow
  • 2,5 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 500 ml Coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and the white inner skin and cut into strips.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  3. Fry the chicken breast fillet in oil, add the curry powder, curry paste and the vegetables and fry with them. Finally pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Rice goes well with it.
