Hungarian cheese pieces, makes about 30 pieces
Make a well in the flour; crumble the yeast into it; add the sugar and a little water, and mix. Let the pre-dough rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients up to the sour cream and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Roll out the dough, folding it several times. Cut into small squares (4 cm), brush them with egg white, and sprinkle with cheese (caraway, sesame). Bake the squares at 160°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack. Simply heavenly!
