Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine for baking
- 350 g flour
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 600 g cheese, grated
- 1 egg yolk

A real treat both on its own and as a dip
Knead the margarine, flour, water, vinegar, salt, and 400g of grated cheese by hand until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Roll out the dough to about ½ cm thick and cut into thumb-width strips. Brush the strips with egg yolk and sprinkle with the remaining 200g of grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until crispy.
