Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 1 kg onion(s)
- 1 kg bell pepper(s), green
- 1 kg bell pepper(s), red
- 1 kg beef goulash
- 1 kg pork goulash
- 1 kg meat sausage
- 1 kg pork (pork belly)
- 1 kg minced meat, seasoned
- 3 bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
- 1 can/n tomatoes, with juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Dice all ingredients. Add the tomatoes as the first layer to the pot, then arrange the minced meat balls on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 3 hours. Finally, add the shashlik sauce.
