Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g smoked meat
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 80 g flour
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 600 ml beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 Pepper
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp lard
- salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley, chopped

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Croatian dish
Melt the lard in a hot pan. Add the diced smoked meat and fry briefly. Sprinkle everything with ground pepper. Crush the garlic and add it as well. As soon as it begins to smell, add the beef broth. Finely chop the peppers, dice the onion, add both, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Combine the sour cream, flour, and milk in a bowl, add the mixture to the pan, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped parsley and serve.
