Strawberries on a bed of papaya

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large papaya (approx. 500 g)
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 ml cream, reduced fat 17% fat
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • some mineral water, carbonated
  • some sweetener, liquid
  • 2 sprigs mint, fresh
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

This combination of papaya and strawberries is super fruity and low in calories

Halve the papaya and scoop out the seeds. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving a 1 cm border. Finely chop the flesh. Rinse, wash, and quarter the strawberries. Whisk the quark with the reduced-fat cream and lemon juice until smooth, adding mineral water and sweetener to taste. Mix the papaya flesh with half of the strawberries and the quark and fill the fruit halves. Distribute the remaining strawberries on top and garnish with the mint sprig and coconut flakes.
