Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g strawberries, frozen
- 200 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- Sweetener or vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Super foamy and low in calories – a real summer feeling!
Thaw the strawberries. Blend them very finely with an immersion blender in a tall container. Add the milk and sweetener and continue whisking. The longer you whisk, the foamier and thicker the shake will become. It’s comparable to a smoothie. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
