Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 750 g strawberries
  • 150 ml syrup (strawberry syrup)
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, freshly squeezed or from the bottle
  • 12 sheets of clear gelatin
  • 4 cl liqueur (strawberry liqueur)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

easy and fast

Soak the gelatin leaves in water. Mix the strawberry syrup with the water and heat. Squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve it in the heated syrup-water mixture while stirring. Set aside and let cool slightly. Then stir in the strawberry liqueur. De-stem the strawberries, carefully wash them, and cut them into small pieces. Then place them in a terrine dish and pour the cooled liquid over them. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Tip: – Prepare without alcohol for children – Serve with ice cream, vanilla sauce, or cream.
