Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 750 g seasonal berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml water, hot
  • 400 ml sparkling wine, rosé

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

elegant, simple dessert

Wash the berries and, if necessary, cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Dissolve the sugar and vanilla sugar in the hot water, then dissolve the squeezed gelatin in the hot sugar water and let it cool slightly. Add the sparkling wine and stir gently. Pour the berries into chilled glasses, fill with the sparkling wine mixture, and refrigerate the glasses for about 4 hours before serving.
