Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ cup(s) Lentils, red
- ½ cup cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream or sour cream
- Coriander, ground
- Cumin, ground
- Paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Place the red lentils in a pot of salted water and add a pinch of coriander. Be careful, the lentils tend to boil over! Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the lentils are soft. Sauté the diced onions in a pan until translucent. Add the cream and sour cream, and bring to a boil. Add the drained lentils, season with the remaining spices, and stir in the pasta.
