Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Parma ham
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bunch arugula
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, the sauce: Mix the crème fraîche, ketchup, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Spread the sauce on each slice of Parma ham (about 1-2 teaspoons). Place arugula (washed) in bunches around the edge of the slice of Parma ham. Roll up the Parma ham, arugula, and sauce. I always leave the arugula hanging out at the top of the roll for a visual impact. Perhaps garnish with coarsely shaved Parmesan cheese. Delicious as a small appetizer.
