Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 bunch of dill
- 30 g sugar
- 2 eggs, including the yolk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 6 tsp honey, liquid
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and chill. Serve with my cold-cured salmon and other fish dishes.
