Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 90 g mayonnaise
- 20 g tomato ketchup
- 30 ml brown rum
- 30 ml orange juice
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white, to taste
- Parsley for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
From the Caribbean island of Cuba. Delicious with crab salad or cocktails.
Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup. Add the rum and freshly squeezed orange juice until smooth. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Finely chopped parsley for garnish.
