Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas, fully ripe
- 40 g flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt
- oil
- nutmeg
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the banana and mash the flesh with a fork. Add the flour and slowly stir in enough warm water to form a smooth but not too thin batter. Season with the brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and a little nutmeg. Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and cook the not-too-thick cakes one at a time over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side.
