Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- oil
- 1 tbsp Serbian spice mix (Vegeta)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- Salt
- 250 g potatoes
- 250 g peas, frozen
- Parsley
- 500 g soup meat with bones
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the onions and fry them in hot oil. Add the broth and fry. Fill with water and season with Vegeta, paprika, and a little salt. Cook for about 1 hour. About 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the finely diced potatoes and peas. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
