Beef curry with banana and pineapple

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g beef (goulash meat), lean
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ pineapple, fresh, cut into pieces
  • 1 can coconut milk, 400 ml
  • 2 tsp Curry Juipur, heaped
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the meat in batches in hot clarified butter. Add the curry, coconut milk, and half of the pineapple, season with salt, and simmer until tender. Just before the end of the simmering time, add the sliced ​​banana and the remaining pineapple, bring back to a boil, and serve immediately. I recommend rice as a side dish.
