Minced meat curry with bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leek, (approx. 375 g)
  • 100 g peanuts, salted
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 4 bananas (approx. 600 g)
  • 150 g yogurt, cream yogurt
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the leeks and slice them into rings. Roughly chop the nuts. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and sauté the leeks over medium heat. Add the nuts and ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and fry. Peel the bananas, mash two, and thinly slice the remaining ones. Mix the yogurt, 1 to 2 teaspoons of curry powder, and the mashed bananas together and add to the pan. Heat everything through and season to taste. Fold in the banana slices and heat briefly. Serve with rice.
