Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g meat, sliced ​​(veal, beef or pork)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • some milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 120 ml water
  • 10 half apricots, from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onion. Mix the peanut butter with the curry, mustard, salt, and enough milk to make a thick sauce. Brown the meat in hot oil and then remove from the pan. Fry the onions in the same fat until translucent. Add the meat and peanut sauce, pour in the water, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season to taste. Halve the drained apricots, add them, and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
