Strawberry with Prosecco and pink berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 ml Prosecco
  • 1 ½ tbsp peppercorns, pink
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Purée the strawberries and Prosecco in a tall saucepan using a hand blender. Roughly grind the pink berries (I used my mini blender). Mix all ingredients with the gelling sugar and prepare according to the package instructions. The specified amount was enough for 5 200 ml glasses and one test bowl.
