Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp peanut oil or safflower oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard
  • 1 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

Suitable for fish and meat, also game.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then place in a freezer bag with the fish or meat and refrigerate overnight.
