Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 50 g orange juice
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 6 tsp curry powder, mild
  • 350 g applesauce
  • 100 g water
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with applesauce and orange juice

Bring tomato paste, orange juice, paprika, and curry to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Done!
