Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 points quark (20%)
  • 2 pts cream cheese
  • 1 onion(s), grated
  • 1 drop of Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and garlic pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dip

Grate the onion into a bowl, preferably not using a food processor, as this will make it bitter. Add the quark and cream cheese and mix. Add the tomato paste for a nice color. Finally, season with salt and garlic pepper. It’s a great dip for pretzels or white bread.
