Mix the batter ingredients until the consistency is slightly thicker than crepe batter. If necessary, add a little more flour or water until the consistency is as described. For the filling, mix the ingredients and season with salt. Now grease a round baking dish (similar to a springform pan) or a round baking sheet. Spread the batter spoonful by spoonful in a radial pattern from the edge to the center, creating a “sun” shape. Carefully spread the filling onto the empty spaces with a spoon, ensuring that the entire bottom of the dish is now covered. Now place the dish or baking sheet on the top rack of the oven at 250°C (top heat). Bake for a few minutes until the batter turns brown, then remove the baking sheet. Repeat the process, but this time spread the batter in a radial pattern from the edge to the center, covering the area where the filling was spread the first time. Spread the filling again into the empty spaces (where the batter was poured the first time). Repeat this process until the fli reaches the desired size. Finally, spread a thick layer of the filling on top, cover with a kitchen towel, and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Fli is very hearty. It goes well with yogurt and fresh vegetables.
