Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 200 ml milk
- e.g. maple syrup
- n. B. Berries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the flour with the sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the eggs and milk and mix everything into a smooth batter. Add a little oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of batter to each pancake. The pancakes should be about 10 cm in diameter. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes, until small bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side for the same amount of time. Garnish the American pancakes with berries and maple syrup and serve.
