Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Oil or butter for frying

Canadian style
Whisk the eggs together with the yogurt and milk. Stir in a pinch of salt and add the remaining ingredients (flour, baking powder, and sugar), stirring constantly. Then fry the batter in batches in a pan with a dash of oil or butter. This should be done at a moderate temperature. The baking powder causes the pancakes to rise during baking, making them wonderfully fluffy. Of course, you can enhance the recipe with fresh or frozen fruit, if you like.
